Probably more than you are able to acheive on your own. You had professionals investigate your accident, treat you and defend the insurance company. Studies confirm, that with few exceptions, people such as yourself net less without an attorney than with a local and qualified attorney. Presumably, the insurance company has told you or lead you to believe you do not need an attorney. Ask yourself why. Good luck.

Of course, your attorney must pay taxes. I'm curious why you would even know this.

Something "ain't" right. Any fracture establishes threshold. Do you have a qualified personal injury attorney? Is there a miscommunication?

Permit me to ask you: if the rn at the nursing home asked how much medication to give your father what would you say; if the md at the hospital asked you how to set the ankle what would you say; if the mechanic asked you how to time the ignition what would you say? Seriously, all the best and I hope you do your father right.

You need to stop speaking with king kullen and start speaking with a local and qualified personal injury attorney. There are several in Suffolk that are A+ that I know. That said, your question does imply you've spoken with several. Unfortunately, legal notice is very difficult to prove. Try speaking with another attorney. Good luck.

"How to get money"? Pardon me, but not the healthiest attitude. If you are injured obtain appropriate medical care. Contact local and qualified personal injury counsel. Good luck.

Your insurance company is using you as a pawn and taking advantage of this injured person; seems to me. What bothers me is that you are judging this person without knowing all the facts. I suggest you speak with a local and qualified personal injury attorney. Good luck.
