Find a family law attorney in your area and get to family court immediatly seeking an injunction to prevent a bad situation from getting worse.
Get a lawyer in the state that issued the Court Order and file contempt proceedings against them.
Please tell me what state you live in, I can help you if you are in New York. Many states differ from each other regarding these matters.
You MAY need to get Court approval before moving in the first place. Be careful on not violating the Court Order in presently in place.
