Paul represented me in the settlement of my father's estate. There were extenuating circumstances and difficult hurdles. Paul remained calm and professional at all times. He knows when to hang back and when to release the dogs. I am very impressed with his actions and knowledge. Having said that, I will also add that Paul is very fortunate to have Gail in his office. She has the patience of a saint and is very efficient. They're a good team to have on your side.

I have retained the services of Mr. Velardi on 3 seperate occasions. Each time he has treated me as if I was his best and only client. He has taken the time to explain the process involved during each case and how he expected the case to progress. Whenever a question arose I would contact Mr. Velardi or his secretary Gail and received a response within the hour. Most importantly, Mr. Velardi was able to get me custody of my 2 children while having the knowlege to anticipate future issues and act accordingly.

Mr Velardi represented me in a visitation matter regarding my son. His estimate was way off for the 22 hrs of time he spent he quoted me approx $3,000 ended up being around $9,000. Most of it was interest that he was charging me for on top of a payment plan. at his rates I would have never paid this off. He threatened me with legal action if I did not pay by a certain date and at this point I was just done with him.He would not work with me as I was out of work at the time and said "I have a business to run" .

Mr. Velardi is that rare attorney that maintains not only a sense of moral decency but also a determination to the pursuit of justice. His attention to detail, aggressive yet fair pursuits, and his overall kindness and compassion made a very difficult time in my life a little less hectic. Mr. Velardi is a true gentleman and wonderful attorney.

did not keep to the agreement, not confident or aggressive in the courtroom. I felt as if I had no representation in the courtroom.
