Mr. Barton has a broad grasp of corporate legal issues. One of his strengths is his ability to identify business issues, as distinct from legal issues, when he works with a client.
He synthesizes the key issues of contracts, identifies weak areas, and bottom line, does not let his ego take over. He can review a contract or a business opportunity without the need to take pen to paper and redraft a document. He very clearly identifies the "non-negotiable" aspects of a transaction, and provides additional resources to help the client make a more balanced decision.
I unconditionally recommend Roger Barton.
