Smart, Honorable, Resourceful--and Incredibly Effective

We had gone through twelve other lawyers in a difficult real estate partnership breakup. Not until Mr. Amengual was on the case did things happen. He listened carefully and respectfully, always correctly assessed where to stand very firm and where to back off (but always managed at least a minor vic...tory), was tenacious but dignified, and is a superb, creative negotiator. I have dealt with many lawyers, and he is the only one I would recommend without qualification.
