Description: Jury verdict for Mr. Eckhaus' client for breach of executive employment contract. This matter was reversed on appeal by the Second Circuit which found the award excessive, Mr. Eckhaus re-tried the case before Judge Leonard Sand and again won a jury verdict, this time for $2.7MM plus interest
