  • Jennifer Freeman

I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. Bob is one of the smartest attorneys I know with extraordinary judgment and a keen understanding of how to handle difficult and important legal issues. He is an exceptional attorney, and I cannot recommend him more highly.

I have known Bob Lewis for more than 15 years. We were law partners together at Shaw Pittman in the 1990’s, where I had a banking and tax practice. I continued to work with him while I was a partner at Winston & Strawn. My clients and I have often turned to Bob for advice and representation on matters with litigation components. Bob is especially adept at representing individuals and small businesses in disputes with larger institutions, such as the government or large corporations. He ably performs and loves the role of David against Goliath. Bob is an experienced litigator who has tried many cases, both civil and criminal, to verdict. However, he always looks for ways to reach a satisfactory result at the earliest point. He has a keen legal mind and practical good sense. Consequently, other lawyers respect his work and, like me, often refer litigation matters to him. Anyone seeking litigation advice or representation will be very well served hiring Bob.
