All involved

We had John do the closing of our liquor store and was great on all ways dealing with it, The buyers made it very difficult to get the closing done on time but John was excellent on sorting issues out and keeping us informed with up to date issues

A trusted Advisor and knowledgeable atttorney

John, was introduced to me by my broker, during a drawn out and complicated real estate transaction. I desperately wanted to purchase a townhouse that adjoined my principal residence and was encountering unsurmountable issues; its was a land mark property, there were delinquent tenancy's, it was a ch...urch property inheritance from a parish member and permission from the State Attorney General was required. John stood to gain a sizable fee on the deal, however, after extensive due diligence he advised us not to purchase. His advise was soundly arrived at, saving us a fortune in litigation. Now, one year later, the property remains in legal dispute. This attorney and now friend, kept us informed and safe from harm.

John Tomlin is a terrific lawyer and person

As a single woman buying a condo in White Plains N.Y. the thought of closing on a mortgage is intimidating. Let me start by saying that I thought of only John to handle my closing. He was very patient and very informative every step of the way. His professionalism and intelligence went way beyon...d my expectations. He handled all questions and business with my bank quickly and efficiently. I can say there were no problems and it was all because of Johns expertise and organization. I would highly recommend him! He made a process that I think most people dread to be easy and pleasant. John Tomlin is a terrific Lawyer!

Excellent, Timely, and Trustworthy

When I first phoned John he informed me that our situation sounded very difficult and sketchy. Three months later we had gotten exactly the deal we asked for from him. John was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he help us close our stalled sale, but he managed to work through a very complicated p...urchase arrangement related to and contingent upon that sale with grace and aplomb. John is excellent at explaining complex legal matter clearly and concisely, offering good advice, and protecting client's interests--all while moving things forward in a timely and responsible fashion. He was patient and clear in his expectations and adroit at handling the complicated negotiations. I wouldn't even consider looking for another attorney for any future deals.
