Mr. Fish has represented our not-for-profit organization for over 15 years. During this time he has provided legal assistance on a number of matters including, but not limited to; employment law, contracts, insurance law, landlord tenant, victims rights and family law including child protection, custody and visitation. David has always been a phone call away whenever we have needed him and is very responsive. He is extremely thorough, professional and makes an extraordinary effort to communicative issues, options and alternatives. His expertise has been a cornerstone in enhancing our ability to deliver services to the community. It is without hesitation or reservation that I would recommend Mr. Fish to anyone needing legal representation.

I hired Attorney David Fish for an employment law issue. I placed an ad Craigslist and he answered it. I had a 90 day right to sue letter. He took the case and never contacted the other attorney. I had to call the other attorney's secretary and tell her to call him, because David Fish sent me an email saying that he is not going to "chase her." He refused to pick up the phone and make a call. He waited for the statute of limitation to expire, leaving me no time to hire another attorney. I don't recommend him. He is not an aggressive attorney.
