The estate demanded $500,000 but the jury returned a verdict of no cause as to wrongful death and $18,000 for the bruises caused by the fall.

Defendant motioned for summary judgment; judge has decided to conduct a mediation personally, which is scheduled for Janaury 2011.

Other plaintiffs are suing Faust for unpaid loans. Faust denies the obligations.
