Medtronic.....I am hear to say and tell hear someone else has had similar i had this in me since 1999 till 2008

The problem is not with the lawyers it was with a United States Supreme Court decision that basically eviscerated claims against manufacturers of medical devices. However, recently legislation has been introduced that may help you and others similarly situated. My firm is in New York City and we are closely monitoring the pending legislation.
