    Driving while ability impaired by drugs is the equivalent to a class A misdemeanor. You would have to consult with a Florida attorney to help you out further.

    It depends on what stage of the case, such as a pretrial hearing or a trial. Your attorney should be able to cross examine the officer and differentiate between his personal knowledge and what he actually observed.
