Can I sue a Dr. for nerve damage after a Total Abdominal Hystercectomy.

While nerve injury, in general, is a "risk of the procedure" I have not heard of a nerve entrapment injury as such being this severe from a TAH. More typically there is injury to the bowel, or arteries if there is a major complication. I don't know your detailed medical history, but this may also suggest some abnormal scar formation, which may cause entrapments. Is it medical fraud or some other crime to falsify echocardiogram results?

If you were able to persuade a doctor to falsify a result in a medical record, yes that would be a crime (criminal alteration of a business record, at least). In addition, a minimally creative prosecutor would also be able to charge them with reckless endangerment and related charges. The doctor may also be in a position to lose their license by doing so.
