I have maintained a general litigation practice since April 2001 including personal injury matters, premises and product liability, civil rights, and worker's compensation claims, and debt collection.
I also work on co-counsel basis for all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, trials, and appellate writing.
Prior to opening my own law practice, I was a Deputy Attorney General with the NJ Division of Law where I worked as a trial attorney defending the State's agencies and employees in matters involving persoal injuries under the Tort Claims Act, civil rights cases, employment discrimination and parole matters. I also prosecuted civil violations of the NJ Consumer Fraud Act including successful prosecutions against electronic retailers, finance companies and car dealerships. I conducted numerous jury trials to a verdict and argued matters before the Appellate Court.
I have made presentations at a Trial Skills Workshop and presented aspects of the Tort Claims Act to judicial clerks.
