Retained him in a will dispute close to 2 years ago ad he's done zilch. Never wrote a letter to a doctor or a court... nothing! Met with him a few months ago in his new closet sized new office in Princeton and he showed me my file which contained NOTHING!! He claimed all CORRESPONDENCE was lost either by him or his former secretary. He was asking my sister and I to help him to obtain psychologist's for defense in our case... really? He cashed my check and showed 0 effort in my defense. Never returned my calls unless I called him and never then either. I always had to call him to get a response. AVOID!!

When my husband got ripped off by another attorney and we had no more money Mr. Heyburn took over the case asking for a very low payment plan. He also helped us obtain our money back from the rip off attorney. Mr. Heyburn always take time with you and answer all your questions. He always showed up to court on time and well prepared. He not greedy just for your money. Excellent lawyer
