I recently won a judgment in small claims court against a couple of "Con Artist" former tenants. How do I collect the money?

Since it is a small claims court action, I would suggest first to seek the court officer's services. Special Civil Part usually provides a form to be filled out by a plaintiff (plus a small fee and mileage). Am I responsible to pay the bills my mother left behind when she passed away?
