Homeowner's rights regarding dispute with homeowners association

This appears to be a dispute between the Administrator and the alleged publishers of apparently negative information about her. The HOA does not appear to be directly involved. The attorney's letter states that the firm was retained by "Jacqueline." The internet has created a tremendous opportunity for information exchange, but not all of it is accurate.
