About Me

          Philip L. Faccenda, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney concentrating in the representation of victims of legal malpractice, the seriously injured and disabled, as well as victims of wrongful death. He graduated law school with the degree of Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley Law Center in 1974, was admitted that year to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and to the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1975. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.


           The Faccenda Law Firm concentrates in representing persons who have suffered serious personal injuries, wrongful death, or become disabled from work injuries, car or truck crashes, nursing home abuse and neglect, unsafe drugs and products, trip/slip/fall injuries, environmental & toxic torts, and construction accidents. The Firm concentrates in representing people who have been injured or killed in such types of matters, and others who have become victims to legal malpractice at the hands of the lawyers they depended on for help.


            We represent clients in various types of civil litigation requiring an experienced Trial Attorney. In this regard, Phil Faccenda has been Certified since 1983 as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Board of Trial Certification1. He is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, the National Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.


            Our successes have been recognized in N. J. Jury Verdict Review & Analysis, the Product Liability Law Reporter published by the American Association for Justice, New Jersey Lawyer Magazine, The New Jersey Law Journal, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Courier Post, New Jersey Monthly, and Philadelphia Magazine. Phil Faccenda has been designated as one of the Top Attorneys in New Jersey each year from 2009 through 2015 as published by Thomson-Reuters in New Jersey Monthly Magazine's SuperLawyer section. This year, he was selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Attorneys in South Jeresy by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Phil also serves as an Arbitrator for the State and Federal Courts and has been a memberof the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association-New Jersey, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has been a practicing trial attorney for over 40 years.
