Outcome: Obtained summary judgment in favor of clients.

Description: Clients, the potential buyers of residential real estate, were sued by the the prospective sellers after the buyers' lender advised that the conditional mortgage commitment was being withdrawn. We succesfully represented the buyers before the trial court, and in the Appellate Division.
