It's hard to say enough about Richard. I clerked in the Family Part in Bergen County back in 1996 for the Hon. Donald W. de Cordova, JSC (ret), and Richard was legendary. I was told by the outgoing clerk to save copies of everything he filed as it would be great study materials. At oral argument, he was one (among VERY few) who could persuade my judge to change his mind at oral argument - tops. I seriously considered moving to Bergen County (I commuted from Mercer) so I could work for Richard. He's been my standard referral for Bergen cases since then. If I needed a Bergen County attorney personally and could afford him, I'd retain him in a heartbeat. Top marks!
