  • I recommend Olivier Salvagno.
  • I hired Olivier 1-3 years ago.
  • Olivier handled my Divorce / Separation matter.
  • I have previously worked with 6-10 lawyers.

Mr. Salvagno is a top counselor, advocate, and attorney. Wife & I had been at the mercy of unscrupulous divorce attorneys for years. Salvagno has a flexible and agile mind, if not brilliant. His style of communication is direct and clear. He does not need to use the unscrupulous "aggressive" tactics employed by "retail" attorneys to earn his living. "Retail" divorce attorneys routinely advise clients to take satisfaction paying their bills, because their spouses are thereby deprived. How unethical is that? "Retail" attorneys avoid discussions of strategy with clients -- because their strategies (to pump up billable hours) conflict with the best interests of their clients. My advice to well-intentioned litigants who are being exploited by ruthless attorneys: I strongly recommend consulting Mr. Salvagno regarding matrimonial matters, and even more strongly recommend him to those who "smell a rat," i.e., have an inkling they are not receiving adequate representation from their existing attorney. One may end up by saving a marriage and a fortune at the same time.
