Jay Surgent represented me recently with regard to a federal court criminal case. He was able to negotiate a plea deal on my behalf that no one would be able to do. I was facing years in prison and I was able to walk away from this night mare. Mr. Surgent's reputation is stellar. He talks from his heart in court, and actually knows his subject matter. He has just recently been selected for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers for New Jersey. New Jersey has over 100,000 lawyers, and Mr. Surgent is absolutely one of the best!

Mr. Jay V. Surgent is an excellent Criminal Defense attorney, that I would recommend to everyone. He is the best trial attorney I have ever seen. He is like out of a TV show. A real action attorney who gets the best results for everyone he represents.

Jay Surgent is a highly effective criminal defense attorney. He is an excellent trial attorney with many skills. To watch him in court is better than watching a TV or movie. He is knowlegeable and well spoken and makes a great appearance. Everyone knows him in the legal community because of his excellent reputation. No one compares to him in court proceedings. He usually gets all his client's off. I highly recommend him.
