I am a resident from Pennsylvania . I was pulled over for alledgedly running a stop sign . i am appealing my case. need advice.

It is very difficult to win an appeal when your argument is based on a factual finding not a legal ruling. Best thing to do is repeat your testimony that you, in fact, stopped at the stop sign.
