Phil Chapman is one of those exceptional legal types that really understands people - he actually "Prevents" law suits - he sees through to the key issues and gets past all of the petty childish behavior of those who sue - this guy totally rocks - he can save you a ton, both in $$$ and in agravation.
He's the "BEST" in my book.....
