    I agree with Attorney Mascagni. If he drinks and drives he is stoppable-by the police. If you are concerned and witness him getting behind the wheel then alert law enforcement.

    Let me get this straight: you are asking if you can assert a claim of self defense if you argue with someone over the phone, hang up with that person, enlist another person to travel with you, go to the location of the person you argued with previously and then kill that person because of the argument? Are you serious? In a word, the answer is "NO".

    If a licensed attorney chooses to represent himself in a criminal matter is said to "have a fool for a client".,that maxim is doubly true for a non-attorney. Hire an attorney. Too much is riding on the result.

    The Second Amendment was drafted immediately following a revolution that resulted in the United States of America. The historical context is that we did fight a government we felt was "tyrannical". However, that was more than 200 years ago when the principal weapon employed by soldiers was a musket. In 2013, do you really think a 9mm Glock, or an AR-15 Bushmaster or even an AK-47 will do anything in a "revolution against tyranny" against a government supported by Abram tanks, Stealth fighters...

    Your brother has been charged with his 4th dwi and he has only been legal to drink for 4 years? He needs an experienced dwi attorney immediately!! This is one of those times that he needs the best lawyer money can buy. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. His liberty is at stake.
