Absolutely horrible. I had her as a magistrate on a rent I had to recover my deposit. The landlords broke the law and kept 1200.00 of my money she agreed they broke the law not only did they not send me an itemized bill they lied about damages which were proven not my fault their faulty plumbing. Sh...e entertained a lease violation which was having someone stay there while I was being cared for at a place for a hand injury. Lease violations are not subject to withholding the deposit unless it's owed rent. She clearly doesn't even know the laws. She allowed the landlord to give her a lease which was a lease not in its entirety and ruled against me staying although both parties agree a deposit was withheld I don't see it here so you get nothing. I filed motion to clarify and reargue and she denied both! I will be turning her in to the appropriate party's due to the egregious lack of upholding the law. She clearly doesn't even know the bed if laws and is able to rule and heat civil cases. Very very poor and unethical.moves not to allow even a clarification. Clearly biased on me for whatever reason. Instead of upholding the law allowed people to steal money from me...heed warning!

Attny Belinkie was hired to help me with my divorce. It took almost 2 years for the divorce to be finalized. Throughout those 2 years Attny Belinkie said we are going to fight at trial to show what kind of person my ex is. Attny Belinkie said she was very confident that we can win this case with me ...not paying any alimony. The day of the trial Attny Belinkie said she doesnt think we’ll win and said i should sign an agreement. Attny Belinkie said the agreement was a good deal and that if we go to trial I’ll have to pay more. I signed the agreement. It was the 2nd worst mistake of my life. 4 years later I’m still going to court trying to fix it. I found out after speaking with different attorneys that the agreement was very poorly written, vague and really screwed me. Now I’m still trying to get my name off the mortgage but I cant because my ex-wife let the house go into foreclosure. Attny Belinkie did not file the quit claim deed properly and never sent he release of liability form to the mortgage company. Attny Belinkie charged me 40k which I had to take from my retirement. She said if I use it to pay lawyer fees and its all gone my ex cant touch is. Well Attny Belinkie was wrong. Still had to pay ex some money from that. Hiring Attny Belinkie was the 1 st worst mistake of my life. Would never recommend her.
