Completely Unprofessional & Aggressive! Mr. Heeran was referred to us by the CT Legal Services. When we inquired on his ability to assist us with serious mold & pest issues in a housing complex, he continued to badger us with with questions we could not answer. My girlfriend attempted to answer his q...uestions. He would, however, continue to dismiss her and interject without allowing her to explain her situation in more detail. He then requested an amount of money to provide a service and went on to state if funds were not immediately available, he could not help. His legal advice was "just move". His aggressiveness was so severe it cause my girlfriend to cry. Never have we experienced a professional be so heartless and show no empathy to a person needing help.

This was my first experience with an attorney, Patrick was extremely helpful and explained every part of the process. He took the time to learn not only the details for my case but also about me and my family personally. I felt secure that my best interest was the top priority. I would recommend Patr...ick to anyone in need of legal help and would defiantly retain his services again should the need ever arise.
