I was hit from behind while stopped at a traffic light by an insured motorist. How should I handle my medical bills?

Asked by a user in Orange, CT - over 1 year ago.

I am admitted in Connecticut. You should check your automobile policy to see if you have medical payment coverage (med pay). Med pay will be the quickest way to get your bills paid. Even if your bills are paid you can still bring a claim for other damages you have sustained. If you do not have med pay coverage you should contact experience legal counsel to represent you. Initial consultations in Connecticut are usually free.
