My husband and I had what should have been a run of the mill sale of some commerical property. Through the negociations Tom had found out that whe had paid off debt but the attorney office that was sapposed to take off an old lien had not. Had he not caught this mistake we might have ended up paying twice for something we had taken care of years early. I had also had situation where i was unfimilar with the mortgage ruling and he made me and my client aware that the mortgage company was doing things that were not in ahearance with CT law. I did not know that was the case so he saved me and my client from doing something we had no idea was illegal.
