  • I recommend Caroline Earle.
  • I hired Caroline more than 3 years ago.
  • Caroline handled my Employment / Labor matter.
  • I have previously worked with more than 10 lawyers.

Ms. Earle was impressive from the first moment we met. She is upfront and forthcoming, and will not give false hope or promises. She understands all aspects of employment and labor law, and has the courtroom experience to back up all the "book smarts". I found her to be very tenacious and aggressive, but never beyond what I was comfortable with. She communicated with me very well during all aspects of the case to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with the decisions we were making. This was a perfect approach. She always kept me informed and worked closely with me, developing a deep mutual trust. This was a very good feeling. I always knew that she understood my position, and I trusted her to defend it vigorously. I highly recommend Ms. Earle.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Ms. Earle for several years and have tried a difficult employment case against her. She is an exceptionally skilled trial lawyer. She is also a person of great intelligence, integrity, and common sense.
