About Me

Our firm is dedicated to helping our clients with estate planning, elder law, Medicaid and special needs planning and probate and trust administration.  Those are the only areas we work in.

My law firm works on a team basis.  My assistants have been with me since I started my firm. We are dedicated to helping our clients make and implement decisions that are in their best interests.  We are here to serve our clients.

We charge fixed fees for all our document work.  We do not charge clients if they contact us with questions about their plan, even after we have completed the work.  We stay in touch with our clients, notifying them of changes in the law and inviting them in every three years for a free meeting to discuss their plan and determine whether changes are needed.

Personally, I live with my wife in Burlington, where i served on the City's Development Review Board for 20 years.  I currently serve as Vice President of the Board of the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging.  Every year I volunteer in the Vermont City Marathon on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.  I enjoy biking, reading and socializing with friends.
