I went to see this woman after reading reviews on this site. Her resume might be impressive but she's lacking bedside manners, only thinking about her pride and forgetting she's dealing with a customer. Writers are so very convincing at getting their points across, so beware.
Did not act with reasonable diligence, clearly offensive, disrespectful, and without courtesy to my needs. Displayed disinterests of a potential client and full of oppositions despite my concerns. Inefficient use of time by providing useless unwanted advice that was more hurtful than helpful. Very deceptive. Save your money.

I hired Tracy for a problem with my ex and our parenting plan. I found her to be smart and articulate. She saved me money by emailing me my documents and she and her staff were quick to respond to me. She will pull no punches with you. She was honest with me and I appreciated that. Maybe some people don't. I wish that I had hired her the first time around.

My experience with this women was very unsatisfactory. She has her paralegal do all the work and seems to be to "busy" to even show up to hearings! She was very rude. Used her time that she should have been discussing our case to chat about her life, her home, her new car, her dog and much more. Then proceeded to charge me $200 an hour for me to listen to her life story? Don't hire this women! Bottom line is that I did her job better then she did. She didn't help my case one little bit!!!!

When it was apparent to me that this attorney was not filing forms in a timely manner and was not valuable to me in any way, I withdrew services. That was followed by threatening phone calls and excessive fees upwards of $500 following my withdrawal of her services. I would in no way recommend her.

This person did not use our services. We don't know who this is. We have been being harassed by an individual and unfortunately this is how they choose to address their feelings.
If you want to know what we are like, come meet and work with us. Our services and how we operate are transparent and clearly written down in our Fee Agreement.

Attorney Tracy Bernson is honest and reliable. I was involved in a complicated and somewhat messy divorce and after another lawyer let my case fall through the cracks Attorney Bernson came to my rescue.
With a divorce trial date a week away Attorney Bernson was able to review my file and meet with me. She put me at easy about the process. Attorney Bernson fought hard for what was in the best interest of not only me, but my child as well.
Without Attorney Bernson’s knowledge and persistence my divorce would still be pending in court. I would highly recommend Attorney Tracy Bernson and I will turn to her if I need a Lawyer in the future.
Lawyer’s Comment:
We have an individual harassing us. There's nothing we can do about it.
1. We do charge 200 per hour. This person agreed to that. But we also have Reduced Fee programs available to those who qualify. This person apparently didn't.
2. To keep your case moving, we do send substitute counsel to avoid delays and to help you get your life back to normal. This person agreed to that.
3. Attorney Bernson does have a personality. She talks with clients and helps them at the same time.
4. We do have an excellent paralegal. She has a law degree. She is efficient. She is smart. And our clients love working with her. In fact, Attorney Bernson is regularly receiving glowing comments about her.
5. As for the rest, this person has engaged 3-5 lawyers. That tells us and it should tell you that no one can make this person happy. Ever. We are sorry we didn't see it before we agreed to take the case. As it is they keep posting over and over, so they tells you they've got an axe to grind and aren't very reliable.
All that said, we invite you to come meet with us. You will see that working with our office is a good experience.
