About me

Attorney Tracy A. Pearson trained at one of the top 10 trial advocacy programs in the country, at Syracuse University College of Law, consistently placing their program at the pinnacle of effective trial advocacy education in the nation.

She has fifteen (15) years of higher education experience in teaching and advising, twelve (12) years as a court-appointed investigator in time sensitive matters related to sexual violence, and domestic/relationship abuse trained mediator and collaborative law professional. In addition to these skills, she has a working knowledge of Title IX, VAWA, The Clery Act, ADA, FERPA, HIPPA, and related regulations.

She served for eight (8) years as a member of the NH Bar Association Ethics Committee, and has advanced experience in drafting and interpreting rules and policies.

Born in Augusta, Maine, and raised in Londonderry, Attorney Pearson lives in Dover, New Hampshire with her husband, Attorney Michael T. Pearson.

She holds a B.A. in English from the University of New Hampshire at Manchester, a C.A.S. in Women's Studies from Syracuse University, a J.D. from Syracuse University, and has completed coursework in English toward an MA, also from Syracuse University. She was awarded a McNair Graduate Opportunity Fellowship in 1996, as a First Generation College Student.

She loves going to the beach year round and sailing her sloop off New England's coast, as well as cooking and baking for family.
