We also work with those that need emergency planning for a loved one currently needing placement in a long term care facility. Our office prepares Medicaid (MassHealth) applications for families, and are highly successful at working through any appeals process to obtain MassHealth benefits for clients who are permanent nursing home residents.

We assist clients and their families with the sale or purchase of real estate by creating Purchase and Sales Agreements, deeds and related documents. Our goal is to ensure that the sale or purchase takes place as smoothly as possible. We work with the realtor and bank attorneys to get the closing completed efficiently and quickly.
