Outcome: Negligence verdict on two Counts.

Description: Landmark case involving hemophiliac that died as a result of AIDS infected clotting factor concentrate. Jury found one physician negligent on two counts for failure to inform family and patient of risk of AIDS related death from infected concentrate. Case has been settled against the pharmaceutical companies and tried only as to the defendant physicians.
