    • Kenneth handled my Environmental / Natural Resources matter.

The Stoneham Conservation Commission hired Ken to represent the Town's interest in protecting local wetlands from a propsed project that would include a stream crossing. Ken's knowledge and experience was tremendous. He advised us in our interactions with the applicant and with DEP. Ken was flexible and made himself available to attend our evening meetings whenever needed. As of this writing the case is pnding. We highly recommend Ken.

Ken is an excellent attorney with a unique combination of both legal and technical expertise. His work is very thorough and well-reasoned, and has proved valuable in limiting or reducing environmental liability and cost for my company. Ken is knowledgeable and articulate on a variety of technical and legal environmental subjects. He is very effective at applying his technical expertise in a way that clearly enhances his legal analysis of an issue.

He has worked on a variety of environmental issues for me, some of which include:
    1) Analysis of both technical and legal aspects of alleged natural resource injuries, which was instrumental in negotiating a lower NRD settlement amount with the trustees,
    2) Development of a complex, multi-site institutional control implementation plan, which was approved by the regulatory agencies and, to date, has been implemented at several properties, and
    3) Evaluation of the appropriate application of performance standards in a Superfund site Record of Decision, which was successfully used to argue that the agency was over-reaching with its requirements.

I have always enjoyed working with Ken and would recommend him without reservation.
