Where you have an out state license you may loss your right to drive anytime the get notified and they may penalize you more. I would contact a lawyer from your licensing state and ask him/her.

That is even more of a reason to hire a lawyer. An experienced DWI attorney cn really help in these situations. The last thing you want to see is for her to have any penalties on a case as strong as hers. Best of Luck

Massachusetts has a two hearing procedure for appealing speeding tickets. The first hearing is before a magistrate and not a judge. The officer who gave you a ticket need not appear. If you disagree with the magistrates decision you can appeal to a judge. Then the officer must be there or the appeal will be dismissed. If the ticket is reduced you will still be hit with an insurance surcharge. You should try to get the ticket dismissed.

Did you know that you may face license consequences, lose your good driving discount and see a surcharge on your insurance if you just pay the ticket. Did you know that clerks consider good driving when ruling on CMVI appeals. Did you know that the police must present a ticket to the clerk and if they...

I don't practice employment law however I do not believe that the owner can force you to remove your sticker. Remember the courts have called political ads speech therefore he may be violating your right to free speech.

First I would not pay the fine from KMart as a former prosecutor I can tell you that the civil fine has no impact on how the case is handled. Second, a conviction for a misdemeanor still carries a jail sentence and the collateral consequences of a conviction can impact your life. Third, it is very unlikely you would be sentenced to jail especially if you have no record.
