Description: Appointed to the position of Special Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Lesser worked full-time on the Commonwealth's suit against the tobacco industry for three years while an associate at Thornton & Naumes. Currently, along with fellow Thornton & Naumes LLP partners, Neil Leifer and David Strouss, Mr. Lesser also represents clients in an ongoing action against Philip Morris that seeks annual low-dose CT scans for certain Massachusetts smokers.
