I successfully argued that my client, who is Caucasian, should be allowed to bring claims against his Caucasian boss, who was harassing my client because he was engaged to a black woman. The boss' constant harassment and cruel 'jokes' created a hostile work environment that interfered with my client's ability to focus on his responsibilities and caused him significant emotional distress.
