I won the small claims court case. The defendant paid the amount in full. Do I have to sign a release form?

I recommend that persons not sign any documents until an attorney has reviews it. Because you have not detailed the document it is impossible for any lawyer to issue such decision

I would recomend that you contact the Attorney Generals labor office and advise them of this misconduct by the employer. If they retaliate against you because of this you could sue them
