    I set the temporary hearing for my divorce. The opposing counsel set the final hearing. I ended up in the hospital and we couldn't have the hearing, so we need to reset. Can I reset it or do they have to?

    I am sorry that you are going through this, it depends upon the document in most cases courts use survival or merger or like kind language, some things like child related issues may be modfied, some issues like property division or spousal support cannot unless their is a material change in circumstances and the language controls, take care
