Client as found not responsible at Magistrate hearing, appealed by town. At Court hearing, again proved because of the tailgating and lack of ability to pull over client was not responsible.

    At probable cause hearing for a charge of violation of restraining order was able to demonstrate client was subject to the rules of an accidental encounter which caused charges to be dismissed. As client was on probation this prevented future violation of probation hearing.
