J-1 visa for foreign physician

Fortunately, I was able to talk on the phone with Mr. Malik, instantly. At the time of scheduling the appointment, he was available and answered all my questions really quick and to the point. I have a better understanding on how J-1 visa works and what I should plan in advance. He advised me to find... a post-doc/research fellowship position and that there’s no deadline for J-1 visa. Therefore, it could be available at any time. H1B visa is also advised as the next step once the individual gets the position. I really appreciate him for his time.

Immigration had me in removal proceedings due to several DWI's. Mr. Malik and his associate communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. He is also very professional, honest and I believed he really cared about my case. I would highly recommend him.

Good solid attorney with a sea of experience!

I've now hired Mr. Malik's office twice (for my citizenship as well as my parents' GC) and every time we had top notch experience. Everything was explained in detail, he himself was available for a ton of questions I had during the process and was always on top of things.
