I had an unfortunate experience with the local police department late on a Sunday night in early November. I was pulled over on a traffic stop that turned out to be quite a bit more than I thought possible. It turns out that the offense I was charged with was a reckless driving citation alleging that I was doing 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer stated that the violation had occurred on 11/13/14 when it actually took place on 11/3/14. On that fact alone she presented substantiation to the judge and my case was dismissed.
