Mr's Nerino is an extremely calm, cool, and collected individual and I appreciate those qualities the most. She was also very polite and professional and very thorough in her examination of my case and certainly proved that by attaining the outcome I desired. She doesn't BS you and she is a fighter; ...relentless and ambitious is in her nature to get the job done how you need it to be. One thing that stuck out to me more so what the compassion and empathy she held for stressful situations, humanity is a hard thing to come by and she has it. If you want a fighting chance I would go and talk to her.
