No Points for "Disregard Red Light"

Meg did a great job negotiating on my behalf with a red light ticket I received. She was able to communicate the options to me easily and without my having to travel to the courthouse. In Virginia, running a red light get points on your license and because of Meg I am happy to say that I will get n...o points. I highly recommend using Meg for any traffic tickets you receive, she will certainly fight on your behalf for the best possible outcome without unnecessarily inconveniencing you!

Reckless Driving

Mary was better than excellent. The firms fees were extremely reasonable. She filed the necessary paperwork so I did not have to appear, normally required. And still managed to get my charge reduced to a minor traffic infraction. No days off, better than I could have hoped for results and all at a fa...ir price - 6 STARS Plus+.

Great Lawyer

I was pulled over for driving 25 MPH over the posted speed limit in Northern Virginia. In this state you will not be given a speeding ticket. In fact, you will be charged for reckless driving when stopped at any speed over 80 MPH, a criminal charge that can result in loss of license, suspension of ...license, steep fines, jail time and a criminal record. Should you find yourself in a similar predicament, I suggest you ignore all of the junk mail you will begin to receive from various attorneys. ALL OF THE MAIL EXCEPT, OF COURSE, FOR THE MAIL FROM HENSON, PACHUTA, and KAMMERMAN. CALL THEM….Then ask for MARY NERINO. She is a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer who will walk you through the proper steps to take so that she is absolutely prepared to represent you in court. In my case, Ms. Nerino was able to represent me without me present, thus helping me to avoid a long trip to a state I cannot stand driving in. Throughout this process, I heeded her advice and completed everything that she suggested I do prior to the court date. These small steps will be bolstered by her legal acumen. Her advice and representation reduced my reckless driving charge significantly and I incurred a reasonable fine for my infraction in an amount that you would receive for speeding in a normal state. No criminal record. No jail time. No hefty fine. I suggest that you contact her for representation no matter the severity of the charge, her process is very straight forward and her counsel helped to relieve a lot of stress, especially in the long run.
