I hired Mary because I was charged with aggressive driving. Mary was able to reduce the charge down to Failure to Pay Full Time and Attention with no points, the least of all traffic offenses in Virginia. She is dedicated to her client and very professional. Mary Nerino is a legend. I was facing a huge issue - I was pulled over going 89 in a 50 MPH zone on GW Parkway. For those unaware, in VA this is a misdemeanor reckless driving and speeding ticket.
