Mr. Dudley certainly has a strong passion for his job. When I entered his office for the first time, it was apparently obvious he was a workaholic. Mr. Dudley shown he understood the legal process and I instantly understood that was his area of expertise. What I learned and what was comforting, throu...gh the divorce process, was his strong ability and willingness to listen. He made my daughter and I feel very comfortable which led to a judgment in our favor of “sole custody.” Yes, “sole custody.” I am a Caucasian male, my wife and daughter are Native Americans, and honestly, I did not think that was possible. Mr. Dudley proved otherwise and certainly made my daughter and I feel like winners to this day. We could not ask for anything more but he shown to have a strong ability to draw reasonable and logical conclusions from our office discussions. During trial, Mr. Dudley demonstrated that he understood my life better than I did. His closing argument was so amazing that I received the final ruling to where I don’t even have to pay a heavy monthly alimony payment. In addition, another added bonus is his fees are more than reasonable. Mr. Dudley was certainly the right choice to represent my daughter and I, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Matthew Dudley has represented me on and off in a parenting case over the past few years and I am so grateful for his help as there is no one else I’d rather have represent me! If anyone has anything negative to say about him, it’s because they were the ones going up against him and hate how powerles...s they are against him. My ex was even frustrated because he couldn’t find an attorney willing to take his case after the attorneys figured out they had to go up against Matthew. He also does not just tell you what you want to hear. He tells you like it is and there aren’t any surprises when it comes time to for your hearing. (Aside from the fact that I was totally stunned by how Matthew practically runs the show in the courtroom and is CLEARLY the most powerful voice.) My point is, that if you hire Matthew, you won’t be disappointed one bit. It also doesn’t hurt that his rates are more than likely the best you’ll find as well. Just don’t let you ex hire him before you do!

I first contacted Mr. Dudley well before the divorce proceedings had started. After my first phone consultation we both hoped that my current situation could be resolved peacefully through mediation. However, when it became apparent that would not happen I quickly contacted Mr. Dudley and retained hi...m as my lawyer. From that first interaction I knew he was the right lawyer for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in family court matters and, despite what opposing parties state, he wants a quick and equitable outcome for all involved. With that said, he can be a formidably opponent in the courtroom and can articulate relevant matters with power and conviction. Some may consider him too straight forward or that he is relentless in his approach, but for anyone going through this process whom feel powerless he is exactly the lawyer you need. Mr. Dudley’s expertise is in the courtroom and he quickly showed his prowess in those initial proceedings which took the opposing party by surprise. By far Mr. Dudley is the best choice when it comes to divorce proceedings and will work to achieve agreed upon results. He is also one that will not take advantage of vulnerable individuals. His rates and fees are far less than the quotes that I received from other “professionals.” Some lawyers state they want the best outcome for their clients but charge for every single interaction you have with them from emails, text, phone calls, etc... yet with all those charges they cannot meet the same results Mr. Dudley provides. Hire him, you will not be dissatisfied.

There is no better family law lawyer. My divorce was as nasty as they get. My ex and his parents had multiple filings in the wrong counties... my in laws tried to take custody of my kids, that was thrown out. My in-laws then put their unlimited money into fighting for their son to get full custody, a...fter a year and half they lost. Matt knows his stuff & he knows it good. Be honest with him, no lying or he’ll put you in your place real quick. Do what your supposed to do & he will do what he does best, WIN. He does the most for the least, no outrageous over billing. Matt Dudley & his wife are amazing, definitely who you want fighting for you not against you.

Matthew Dudley was the 3rd lawyer I hired in my fight for custody of my kids, and he was by far the best! Due to his performance on my case I got primary custody of my kids and the exact parenting plan I wanted. I honestly feel I could have gotten any parenting plan I wanted due to his outstanding p...erformance. He is a bulldog in the courtroom and comes to court prepared, knowledgeable of the case and with an unrivaled expertise in family law. Dudley's hourly rate was slightly more than my 1st lawyer, but due to his efficiency and effectiveness he ended up being about 90% cheaper. I am not exaggerating when I say I paid my 1st lawyer about 10 times more than I paid Dudley. Dudley represented my for approximately the same duration and appeared in court more times than my 1st lawyer. My ex's attorney was a scum bag, and he crushed the 1st lawyer I hired during my divorce. My 1st lawyer came highly recommended, but he was worthless in court and extremely expensive. My ex was allowed to take my kids and move out of state. 3 years later I hired my second attorney to try to get custody back due to my ex's poor parenting. She was also very expensive and ineffective. I fired her and hired Dudley because he came highly recommended from 3 separate acquaintances, whom had either hired him or gone against him. My ex's lawyer withdrew himself from representing my ex after going against Dudley 1 time in court because Dudley crushed him. My ex hired another lawyer and Dudley crushed her too. Hiring Dudley is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have a lot of experience with multiple lawyers, and Matthew Dudley is by far the best.
