He is horribe at communication (rarely responded to my calls, texts or emails), unprofession, uninformed, uneducated on what the case was about, procrastinates too much and pretty much is the reason we lost our case. Due to not being prepared or being more aggressive in our case, we went from shared ...custody to parital custody even though we had extensive documentation to prove the shared arrangements. You would do better in court by representing yourself!

It's been 12-13 years ago that I found and worked with Matt. He was referred to me by a trusted friend and I actually canned the attorney I had retained for my custody case (after 2 and a half years and just One Month before trial !), due to lack of confidence in their abilities. Even that long ago, ...Matt had all of his depositions transcribed and 'key word cued' to his computer. When we were in court for the actual trial, he operated smoothly and confidently from his laptop, while the opposing lawyer continually fished and fuddled for answers through about a foot thick mass of paperwork. Needless to say, we easily cleaned their clocks, the judge ruled in our favor and my daughter won. She got to have both of her parents for equal time for the rest of her formative years! Matt is one of those professionals that I had such a positive experience with that I have gone out of my way to recommend him to numerous people over the years. He's someone who lives and breathes Family Law.

If you are lucky enough to have Matthew Dudley represent you through your battle you will not be disappointed. He always returns calls, mostly picking up on the first couple rings and wi...ll help you anytime of the day and any day of the week. He communicates with all of his clients directly so they never have to go through a para legal or secretary. He is not someone to go cry to, he is an attorney. However, he has his own ways to make you feel better when he senses that you aren't feeling too confident. Usually, he does this through humor. He helped me to see things through the courts eyes, reminding me why I have came to him in the first place, to protect my children. I was granted everything I asked because of his tact and professionalism. I am happy to say that now my children have a secure future that is not tainted by the actions of their father. I have a newly found faith in the court room so long as I am being represented by Matthew. I know 4 other people that have been represented by Matthew Dudley and they are all satisfied. The negative comments appear to be written by people who were opposing parties that lost, and want a pity party. Also there seem to be no real underlining complaint by these people who aren't even educated enough to articulate their reviews in any informative or effective way at all.
