I have used Mr Dudley for my divorce and had a couple of friends use him. He can be a very difficult guy. Brought me to tears a couple times by pointing out my own stupidity but he's worth it. If your children are at stake and you want what is best for them Dudley will help you. He does not over prom...ise and you must do what he tells you to do. He will get you what he says he can. He is difficult to work with but put up with him because in the end you will want to hug him for keeping your children safe. He is very good at dealing with ex's who are bullies. I cannot reccomend him highly enough.

I had been through a couple different attorneys before finding Matthew (Cuddly Duddly). Part of the reason is that our case involved more than one state. So I had a different attorney in the previous state. Then upon moving here I initially started out with a different attorney who wasn't sure how t...o handle the case. I found Matt and I couldn't be happier! I walked out of court like I won the lottery! He accomplished exactly what I wanted. He is tough, intelligent, witty, sarcastic and an expert in his field. Most importantly he is feared and revered by the opposing side. The best money I have ever spent. With my previous laywer I felt like I wasted 2k and wish I could have returned the services and gotten a refund like you return an item that doesn't work. I have no remorse in the money spent with Matt and would spend it again! Cheers to winning!

When it comes to complicated ex's and cases, you need an aggressive attorney by your side. My situation was/is complicated to say the least. When I came to Matt, it was a mess. My previous attorney was a complete moron. So I was in need of a new one. First thing said, Matt is not your kumbaya attorne...y. He is straight and to the point to a fault. Lets face it, going through a divorce is no picnic and you need a terminator to fight for you. To be very frank that is what he was for me. I highly recommend him and I am very confident while I type this, that I would use him again, and most likely will; in the future. He was Aggressive in court, Firm with the other party when needed and was Responsive when I asked questions or seek advise. If you find yourself in a complicated state of being and you need a terminator, Matthew Dudley will be that for you. At the end of the day I am very pleased with my outcome and the work he has done for me and my family and because of it we are better off.

Matthew was recommended to me by a family friend who had lost to him previously. He is exactly who I needed to represent us. Matthew has taken control of the courtroom and made everything very clear to the judge at the pretrial and trial. I wouldn't say I got exactly what I wanted out of it, but I go...t more than I thought I could. A few critiques for Matthew would be to better prepare his clients before mediation and to go over relevant medical records before court. Other than that I rather enjoy working with him and feel confident that he knows what he is doing and the best way to get it done. He doesn't sugar coat what he says and that made the process so much simpler. I plan on continuing to use his services and recommend him to anyone interested in hiring a family lawyer.

After being absent for most my child's life, my child's mother decided she wanted to get clean, and obtain joint custody. Mom went out and hired a slimy lawyer and started rapid firing legal documents at me, that were not properly filled out, or the correct documents for parenting plan modification. ...They fabricated some lies as their justification for needing this modification, and postured up all tough. So i sought legal advice, and found Mr Dudley highly recommended. I looked up his reviews here, and read some kind of negative things, and other rave reviews. I decided to go into his office and talk over the case, and I am so thankful I did. Matt saw everything moms attorney was trying to pull, and knew exactly what to do. He is very direct, and does not waste time, which is awesome when your on the clock. He is extremely honest, and will tell you what you need to know, not pat your bum and sugar coat things. He is direct, and fair. The only thing that worried me was his appearance, and his office's appearance when we met. However... the man cleans up nicely, is 1000% professional on court day, and he doesn't mess around. When court day came, mom was late and the session started without her. Moms lawyer fumbled through his case, and got reprimanded by the judge for failing to follow proper procedure, and he was out. Matt leaps into action and absolutely picked the entirety of BS apart. Like straight up, destroyed their case. The judge also saw straight through what was going on, and reprimanded both mom and her slime ball attorney, and ordered that the moving party (mom) to pay for my attorney fees for wasting everyone's time. Granted, my case was a slam dunk due to circumstances; but Mr. Dudley, made sure everything in my position was stated clearly, and professionally As well as pointing out piece by piece how they didn't have a case. He made sure I was 100% squared away, everything worked out for the good guy, and especially for the child, who's life hung in the balance. I cannot tell you what a blessing hiring this guy was. If you need a strong advocate, with good morals, you NEED Matthew Dudley. Only thing he could improve is keeping you 100% up to date. I had some questions after court was done on the long term plan, but didn't exactly get a clear answer, so follow up could use some work, but hey, the important stuff couldn't have been handled any better.
